With his imaginative marketing skills, Randy has developed fully integrated programs to help customers increase their sales through creative promotions, advertising and customer marketing materials.
Caitlin Maddan, VP of Education
As VP of Education for Carabito Corporation and respected educator and Master Colorist for Chromastics Hair Color, Caitlin Maddan quickly rose to the ranks of a proficient and professional educator by demonstrating her skill and expertise as a colorist at prestigious salons in Boston and throughout Maine. She is becoming known in this industry as a “rising star” with incredible talent and enthusiasm. She is a sought after educator for the ABCH Energizing Summit and travels around the country to work closely with salon owners and hairstylists. Her love for sharing knowledge has become her top priority while her passion has intensified for the continues to share that enthusiasm with the salons she helps.

Toni comes to Carabito with a background in Speech and Language Pathology and has been a co-owner of Carabito Corporation since the company’s inception. In conjunction with co-owner and CEO Randy Hegstrom, Toni currently designs and produces Carabito Corporation’s marketing pieces and is the Director and Event Coordinator of the company’s major educational event; The Northeast Educational Conference

Desiree Bailey is a dedicated hair cutting designer, passionate colorist and Certified Extensionist with over a decade of experience in the industry. As a successful salon business owner for over five years, Desiree is a strong believer in the importance of continuing education and she proudly attends classes and seminars all over the country. It is her tenacious thirst for knowledge that has her clients and colleagues alike, respecting her tremendous talent, knowledge and skill set. Desiree has already proven to be an outstanding educator!

Tracy Eaton has been a stylist, a board certified ABCH Master Colorist, nail technician and incredibly successful salon owner for almost 20 years! Working with both Coastline Enterprise and as a Carabito Educator, her continued fascination and respect for the salon industry keeps her constantly engaged in all forms of education associated with this ever-changing field. Her incredible success is due in part to her willingness to stay on top of the latest techniques and breakthroughs in the beauty industry. She strives to keep herself and her team educated and inspired; always putting clients first. We are happy to have her as an educator!
